Shipping Conditions

Only orders to Australian addresses and PO Boxes will be accepted by our online store.

Want to order from outside of Australia? Please send an email to orders@jerryshoney.com.au with your request.
Please be aware that some countries have import restrictions. Your order might be denied by foreign customs or you will be required to pay additional taxes.
We recommend investigating this before purchase, as M&E Nel Pty Ltd can not be held responsible.

We will review your order and contact you in case there is any required information missing. Incorrect delivery details can not be reviewed and might cause your order to be delayed or not delivered.

Sendle is our freight service provider and offer you a quick, 100% carbon neutral delivery.
Want your order to be left without a signature? When ordering please note “ATL (Authority to Leave) and please clearly state where your order should be placed.

Orders will be dispatched by our team within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note, we only ship Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping delays may occur during busy periods, eg Christmas, Free Shipping, Public Holidays and business holiday closures between Christmas and New Year.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is what thrives us and take your feedback very seriously.

Please send an email to info@jerryshoney.com.au if one of more of our products did not meet your expectations.
We can offer you a replacement of the same product if deemed faulty or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Replacement products will be shipped within 5 business days once original product has been returned to our business location.

Please note that we only issue refunds to the account used for transaction.
