About Jerry's Honey
Pure, Raw Honey
From New South Wales
Jerry’s Honey is a proudly Australian-owned, family-run apiary based in New South Wales. Every jar we bottle is a product of genuine passion for bees, for the land, and for sharing honey exactly as nature intended: raw, pure, and free from artificial additives.
Note: Our Bees are not fed with sugar water or any other products
About Jerry's Honey
Our story began in 2010, almost by accident. Jerry (Martin Nel) caught a wild swarm of bees and set up a hive in the backyard as a hobby. As the bees swarmed and multiplied season after season, that single hive grew to eight — and a hobby quickly became a calling.
Today, Jerry’s Honey operates from New South Wales, home to more than 40 beehives. Jerry and his wife are now fully retired from other work and devote themselves entirely to their bees and the honey they produce a full-time labour of love.
“Being beekeepers gave us the opportunity to acknowledge the greatness of honey for a healthy life” — Jerry (Martin Nel), Founder
100% Raw, Natural Honey.
Nothing Added, Nothing Taken Away
Every jar of Jerry’s Honey is harvested straight from our own hives in New South Wales and bottled with no artificial additions. We believe honey should be enjoyed the way the bees made it naturally rich in flavour, colour, and the qualities that make raw honey so good for you.
We offer a full range of Light Amber, Amber, and Dark Amber honey, each with its own distinct colour and flavour profile shaped by the season and the flowers our bees visit.

Supporting Australia's Bees, One Hive at a Time
At the heart of everything we do is a deep respect for bees and the essential role they play in our ecosystem. By growing our hives responsibly and sustainably, we hope to help these vital creatures thrive, because a healthy bee population means a healthier planet for everyone
Proudly Sponsoring the Generaal Alberts First Cricket Team
Jerry’s Honey is proud to sponsor the Generaal Alberts First Cricket Team. These young cricketers represent their school with passion, teamwork and determination, and they share a strong bond, supporting one another both on and off the field. With their coaches guiding them, they continue to grow in skill, confidence and sportsmanship while wearing the Generaal Alberts colours with pride. We are delighted to back them, and we wish the whole team a great season.
